Multitech Musical Instrument Workshop is owned and run by Anton Bourdillon. He grew up with music in the family and played various instruments including sax, trumpet, drums and percussion in bands and groups throughout his school life. He started working life in 1985 as an apprentice Fitter-Machinist. After 8 years in mining and production engineering Anton decided to merge his love of music with his technical experience by enrolling as a full-time student on the Musical Instrument Technology (MIT) course at Merton College in Surrey, UK. During his studies Anton was fortunate to be taught by four renowned and respected fellows in the business, Brian Ackerman (woodwind), Trevor Head (brass), Keith Graves (violin) and Mike Hobbs (guitar), and he is very thankful to have benefitted from the inspiration, encouragement and knowledge they shared at the time. He qualified with a City & Guilds Higher Award in 1995. and Dawkes Music - Covering the full range of woodwind instruments.  Percussion Centre (Denmark) - Orchestral, rock and Latin percussion instruments.  Malcolm Tysoe -  woodwind, brass, string & percussion instruments. Anton offers a quality repair service in Brass, Woodwind, String and Percussion instruments through his MultiTech repair business. He also teaches instrument repairs and machine-shop engineering to full-time MIT students course at Merton College is Surrey, UK.
